The room was, like, super comfy and clean, which I totally loved. And the restaurant? Such a vibe! I had this amazing Veg Fried Rice that was, like, to die for. Just wish the pool area was bigger, but honestly, it was still chill hanging out there.

Packed with surprises – Good and Bad

The staff's friendliness was exceptional, ready to assist. Plus, the warm pool offered a lovely retreat after exploring the area.

Despite the pleasant environment, breakfast options were lacking and the room could use extra power outlets.

The rooms are spacious with comfy beds, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The restaurant offers a good dinner menu at fair prices. I really enjoyed the 24/7 reception for any late-night needs. A nice experience for a quick stay. 🏨

During my stay, I spent some time enjoying the pool area, which was quiet until the music started playing. The pool was comfortable, and I appreciated the nice atmosphere there, even though the size was smaller than expected. The breakfast service had a standout item this morning—a karak that was out of this world delicious, although I had an issue with a missing order for hash browns. Despite a few hiccups, I found the mattress to be very comfortable, making it easier to catch up on sleep after my travels.

i honestly thought novotel would be a nice experience, but no. first, the front desk treated me as if i was a bother rather than a guest, and when i asked about an extra bed for my kids, i was hit with a fee! so unreasonable. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. pathetic hospitality.

close airport access, clean gym, reasonable access to facilities

No airport shuttle despite being advertised!!! Front desk response to inquiries drastically delayed. Overall communication was lacking, including important invoice follow-up!!! Uncomfortable experiences with transportation arrangements left much to be desired.

the breakfast had a veg/fruit juice station offering a great selection. the bathroom could use better lighting.

Wi-Fi was fast, loved the clean gym. parking fees were higher than expected.

the facilities are well maintained with a lovely swimming pool the breakfast buffet has great variety with an indian dish every morning the staff is attentive never felt crowd despite the weekday

my stay at novotel was fantastic. the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly attentive. the breakfast spread was delicious and diverse, truly exceeding my expectations.

the air conditioning was not functioning properly.
